Info for this weekend’s rides – 09/19/2009

We are cancelling the Saturday Beginner Rides, both Super Beginner & Regular Beginner for tomorrow, Saturday, September 19th, due to no ride leader coverage:  & 
We will have the Sunday Intermediate Ride, as usual. Check here for start times & locations:

We are participating in this year’s Hammerfest Ride in La Vernia:
We will be arriving before 7am, call us as you enter the parking lot

We are participating in this year’s Conquer The Coast in Corpus Christi.  This ride can accommodate beginner & intermediate level riders with a 25 or 65 mile routes.  Several of us will do the 25 mile route.  Several of us will attempt the 65 mile route & sag (get picked up) before the 65 mile mark.

Guy & Veronica will be staying at the Holiday Inn Seabreeze in Port A.  Some others will stay in condos on Windward Road.

If you are not planning on riding Conquer The Coast & can assist with the beginner rides next saturday, September 26th, please contact me immediately.

    Hammefest was fun ! We had a great group, didn’t we? My body broke down at 60 miles and I had to sag. Should have stuck with my original plan of 53 miles. What a fun time and can’t wait to see more photos.
