I ride my 25″ Schwinn Skyline bike on the Mainland Trailhead almost every day. A friend of mine gave me the hook up with your site. I see a lot of pictures of girls with road bikes. Kind of real professional equipment. Here I am with my 32lb Schwinn bike, will I fit in?

Margie – You will definately fit in. Some of us have fancy bikes, but many have bikes just like yours. email me at saridelikeagirl [at] hotmail [dot] com.

I saw your website,San Antonio’s Ride Like A Girl. I’m trying to get my teenager daughter and I to start outdoor activities. Would like to do biking, but would like to experience this. Do we have to join your club before see is this is something that will fit us.

    Thanks!

Myriam – we encourage people to come ride and ‘check us out’ before joining. We’d love to have you both join us for a ride. This Saturday, 09/18, we are not having our usual Beginner Ride due to HammerFest.

We also will not have a Beginner Ride on Saturday 09/25 due to the Conquer The Coast ride. September & October are really the only month’s we are unable to do the beginner rides. You just caught us at a bad time.

We look forward to meeting you both. Let us know if you have any additional questions…

Came across your website on Active.com, been wanting to get back on my bike. Training for the rock n roll on Saturday mornings what are your normal rides and training dates. Is there a particular time I would have to join by? I would like to try it out before I sign up. Thinking it will be fun riding with a group.
